Your driver will be waiting for you at the airport arrivals gate or in your hotel lobby, holding a sign with your name for easy identification. There is a complimentary waiting period of 1 hour for domestic flights and 2 hours for transatlantic flights. Additionally, there's a 15-minute grace period at your hotel or downtown apartment. If these times are exceeded, a second reservation will be necessary, with charges applied to the first.
